水煤浆加压气化制甲醇的配煤方案分析及应用

摘要 为拓宽青海盐湖工业股份有限公司水煤浆加压气化炉的用煤渠道,降低用煤成本,选择合适的配煤方案可在确保气化炉入炉煤指标合格的情况下采用更低价格和运输成本的煤种。分析了采用水煤浆加压气化技术制甲醇工艺中气化用煤的水分、灰分、挥发分、灰熔融性温度、氯离子等指标要求;通过对9个牌号煤的单一煤种指标分析,筛选出适合水煤浆加压气化炉的4个牌号的煤种;对4个牌号煤种进行了5种配煤方案的掺配试验,得出了1号煤和2号煤按1:1质量配比为最佳的配煤方案。 To expand the coal supply channels for the coal water slurry pressurized gasifier of Qinghai Yanhu Industry Co.,Ltd.and reduce the coal cost,selecting an appropriate coal blending scheme could enable the use of coal types with lower prices and transportation costs while ensuring that the indicators of coal feed into the gasifier were qualified.The analysis was made on the requirements for such parameters as moisture,ash content,volatile matter,ash fusion temperature and chloride ions of gasification coal in the methanol production process when using coal water slurry pressurized gasification technology.Through the analysis of single coal type indicators of 9 grades of coal,four grades of coal suitable for the coal water slurry pressurized gasifier were screened out.Blending tests of five coal blending schemes were conducted on these four grades of coal,and it was concluded that the optimal coal blending scheme was a 1:1 mass ratio of coal No.1 and coal No.2.
