摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤,西医常规治疗虽能控制病灶,但毒副反应与耐药问题显著影响患者生存质量。中医药凭借整体观念与辨证论治优势,在乳腺癌全程治疗中形成了“协同增效、减毒扶正、防复抗转移”的核心价值体系。该文基于近几年临床与实验研究,系统梳理中医药在围手术期、放化疗期、内分泌治疗期的应用规律,提炼中药活性成分的核心作用机制,结合笔者临床与科研体会,提出中医药治疗乳腺癌的标准化、精准化发展方向,为临床治疗提供参考。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women.Although conventional Western medicine can control lesions,toxic side effects and drug resistance significantly affect patients'quality of life.Based on the advantages of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has formed a core value system of"synergistic effect enhancement,attenuation and strengthening body resistance,prevention of recurrence and metastasis"in the whole-course treatment of breast cancer.Based on clinical and experimental studies in the past several years,this paper systematically sorts out the application rules of TCM in the perioperative period,radiotherapy and chemotherapy period,and endocrine treatment period,refines the core mechanism of action of active components of TCM,and puts forward the standardized and precise development direction of TCM in the treatment of breast cancer combined with the author's clinical and scientific research experience,so as to provide reference for treatment.
