摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理预防细菌性肝脓肿穿刺术后感染扩散的效果。方法:选取在医院感染性疾病科实施穿刺术治疗的70例肝脓肿患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组35例肝脓肿患者应用常规护理,研究组35例肝脓肿患者护理期间引入集束化护理。比较两组肝脓肿患者护理前后疼痛、炎症水平、生活质量水平改善情况和脓液致病菌培养结果。结果:护理后,研究组患者的C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),其GQOLI-74量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理可以有效预防细菌性肝脓肿穿刺术后感染扩散,减轻炎症反应,并有利于提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of cluster nursing on preventing the spread of infection after pyogenic liver abscess puncture.Conclusion:Cluster nursing can effectively prevent the spread of infection after bacterial liver abscess puncture,reduce inflammatory response,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.Methods:A total of 70 patients with pyogenic liver abscess who underwent puncture treatment in the hospital were enrolled.They were divided into two groups with 35 cases each:the control group received routine nursing care,while the study group was given cluster nursing intervention.Pain relief,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and pathogenic bacteria culture results of pus were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention Results:After nursing intervention,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-o(TNF-o),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the GQOLI-74 scale in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusions:Cluster nursing can effectively prevent the spread of infection after pyogenic liver abscess puncture.alleviate inflammatory reaction,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
