摘要
本文对针灸干预药物依赖性失眠的病机及治法进行探讨,认为其治疗面临药物耐受与戒断反应的双重问题,基于此构建针灸减药序贯疗法的干预体系。通过建立维持药效-阶梯减药-疗效巩固三阶段诊疗路径,结合互联网+中医特色睡眠管理平台实施睡眠动态监测。该疗法通过通督调神针法主穴配伍及个性化配穴方案,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,实现药物剂量递减,在控制戒断反应、降低复发率方面展现独特优势,其诊疗思路对慢性失眠伴药物依赖的临床管理提供借鉴与参考。
This paper explores the pathogenesis and treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion intervention for drugdependent insomnia.It argues that treatment faces the dual challenges of drug tolerance and withdrawal reactions.Based on this,an intervention system of sequential acupuncture and moxibustion-based medication reduction therapy is constructed.By establishing a three-stage diagnostic and treatment pathway—maintaining drug efficacy,stepwise medication reduction,and efficacy consolidation—combined with an internet-based traditional Chinese medicine sleep management platform for dynamic sleep monitoring,this therapeutic regimen employs principal acupoint combinations based on the unblocking the Governor Vessel and regulating spirit needling technique alongside personalized auxiliary point selections.It demonstrates efficacy in improving sleep quality,facilitating gradual medication reduction,and exhibits distinctive advantages in mitigating withdrawal symptoms and reducing relapse rates.The diagnostic and therapeutic rationale provides valuable insights for clinical management of chronic insomnia with comorbid drug dependence.
