摘要
近年来,通过调节胆汁酸(BA)代谢以改善机体代谢稳态,已成为肥胖防治领域新兴的研究热点,而中药活性成分(如皂苷、多糖、黄酮、生物碱等)可通过多种途径影响胆汁酸代谢。基于此,本文系统综述了近年来中药通过调控BA代谢发挥抗肥胖作用的相关研究进展,以期为后续临床验证提供依据,为代谢性疾病的防治提供新的中医药策略。
In recent years,regulating bile acid metabolism to improve metabolic homeostasis has become an emerging research hotspot in the field of obesity prevention and treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)active components(such as saponins,polysaccharides,flavonoids,and alkaloids)can influence bile acid metabolism through various pathways.Based on this,this article systematically reviews the recent research progress on the anti-obesity effects of TCM through regulating bile acid metabolism,aiming to provide a basis for subsequent clinical validation and offer new TCM strategies for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases.
