摘要
目的基于近二十余年(2000—2024年)国内外文献,系统分析视障人群心理健康领域的的研究现状、热点和发展趋势,为视障人群心理健康干预提供科学依据。方法检索2000年1月1日至2024年12月31日中国知网和WOS核心合集中相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1工具进行知识图谱可视化分析,涵盖文献来源国家、机构、作者、关键词。结果共纳入中文文献367篇,英文文献1001篇,发文量呈上升趋势。英文文献中,美国的发文量及学术影响力均处于领先地位,University of London为学术研究的中心,形成了以Lamoureux,Ecosse L和Van Nispen,Ruth M A团队为代表的合作团体。中文文献中,何侃为高产作者,北京联合大学特殊教育学院是高产机构。关键词共线及聚类分析显示,国内研究主要聚焦特殊教育体系下的视障学生群体,重点关注其心理适应与教育干预;而国际研究则更倾向于探讨老年视障群体的抑郁、焦虑等心理问题,着重分析视力障碍与心理健康的关联机制,并开发针对性的心理社会干预措施。结论国内外关于视障人群心理健康的研究总体呈上升趋势,但国内研究总量与核心论文数量不足。未来研究应扩大文献检索范围,在多个数据库进行检索;丰富研究方法,采用量性和质性相结合的方式进行研究,深入挖掘视障人群的心理健康需求并进行精准干预。
Objective To systematically analyze the research status,hotspots and development trends in the field of mental health among visually impaired people,in order to provide scientific evidence for mental health interventions for visually impaired individuals,based on domestic and foreign literature from the past two decades(2000-2024).Methods Relevant liter-ature from January 1,2000 to December 31,2024 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the WOS Core Collection were retrieved.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was used to perform knowledge mapping visualization analysis,encompassing publi-cation countries/regions,institutions,authors,and keywords.Results A total of 367 Chinese publications and 1001 English publications were included,showing an upward trend in annual output.Among the English literature,the United States led in both publication volume and academic influence.The University of London emerged as a central hub of academic activity,with collaborative networks forming around research teams led by Lamoureux,Ecosse L and Van Nispen,Ruth M A.In the Chinese literature,He Kan was the most prolific author,and the School of Special Education at Beijing Union University was the most productive institution.Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis revealed that domestic research primarily focused on visually impaired students within the special education system,emphasizing psychological adaptation and educational interventions.In contrast,international studies tended to examine depression,anxiety,and other psychological issues among older adults with vis-ual impairment,placing greater emphasis on elucidating the mechanisms linking visual impairment and mental health,as well as developing targeted psychosocial interventions.Conclusion Research on the mental health of visually impaired people has shown a general upward trend both domestically and internationally;however,the overall volume and number of high-quality studies re-main insufficient in China.Future research should expand the search scope to include multiple databases and employ a mixed ap-proach that integrates both quantitative and qualitative research.This will help gain in-depth insights into the mental health needs of visually impaired individuals and facilitate the development of precise interventions.
