摘要
本文基于汽车风洞车门动态变形测试,以及动态变形对车辆风噪性能的影响结果展开研究,分析车门在不同风速及偏角下的变形情况,得出动态变形的最大位置,揭示了车门变形量与车内噪声水平的对应关系。研究表明:风速越高,偏角越大,车门框动态变形量越大,车内噪声越大,语音清晰度越差。当动态变形到一定程度后,会导致车门密封失效。研究结果为汽车车门系统结构设计、密封条压缩量、型面设计及密封优化提供了重要理论依据和工程实践指导。
Based on the dynamic deformation testing of automobile doors in wind tunnels and the impact of this deformation on vehicle wind noise performance,this research investigates the deformation characteristics of doors under varying wind speeds and yaw angles.It identifies the locations of maximum dynamic deformation and reveals a corresponding relationship between the amount of door deformation and interior noise levels.The study demonstrates that higher wind speeds and larger yaw angles lead to increased dynamic deformation of the door frame,resulting in higher interior noise levels and reduced speech intelligibility.When dynamic deformation reaches a certain threshold,it can cause door seal failure.The findings provide important theoretical foundations and practical engineering guidance for the structural design of automobile door systems,the compression of sealing strips,surface profile design,and seal optimization.
