摘要
本文针对传导发射实验室比对中测量结果的准确性问题,系统研究了导线布置对测量偏差的影响。通过对比不同线束与参考接地平面夹角下的测试数据,发现夹角变化会显著影响分布电容与电路谐振特性,进而导致测量结果波动。实验表明,将导线布置调整为与接地平面平行(夹角≤5°),可有效稳定分布电容,抑制谐振频率漂移,显著提升测量的一致性与系统稳定性。本研究为传导发射实验的布置规范与实验室比对方案提供了重要依据。
Aiming at the accuracy issue of measurement results in the inter-laboratory comparison of conducted emission tests,this paper systematically investigates the influence of wire arrangement on measurement deviations.By comparing the test data obtained under different included angles between the wire harness and the reference ground plane,it is found that the variation of the included angle significantly affects the distributed capacitance and the circuit resonance characteristics,which in turn leads to the fluctuation of measurement results.Experimental results show that adjusting the wire arrangement to be parallel to the ground plane(with an included angle≤5°)can effectively stabilize the distributed capacitance,suppress the drift of resonance frequency,and remarkably improve the measurement consistency and system stability.This study provides an important basis for the layout specification of conducted emission tests and the inter-laboratory comparison scheme.
