摘要
脂筏是位于细胞膜上的富含胆固醇和鞘脂的具有流动性的微结构域。其作为信号转导平台在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中发挥关键作用。本文通过对脂筏的结构与功能特征以及其在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中作用的研究进展进行综述,包括其促进脂质蓄积和泡沫细胞形成、介导血管内皮功能障碍、激活多种炎症信号通路、引发炎症级联反应。旨在为防治动脉粥样硬化的新靶标提供思考。
Lipid rafts are dynamic microdomains of the cell membrane enriched in cholesterol and sphingolipids.As important platforms for signal transduction,lipid rafts play a critical role in the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis.This review summarizes recent advances in the structural and functional characteristics of lipid rafts and their roles in the development of atherosclerosis,including their involvement in promoting lipid accumulation and foam cell formation,mediating endothelial dysfunction,and activating multiple inflammatory signaling pathways that trigger inflammatory cascades.This review aims to provide insights into potential novel therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
