摘要
随着城乡规划逐步从增量扩张进入存量优化时代,土地资源日趋紧张,对既有基坑改造利用已成为趋势。鉴于此,文章以上海南干线改造工程40号顶管工作坑为例,总结小平面大深度基坑加深改造的设计经验,分析上海地区该类基坑加深改造需要解决的核心问题,为类似工程建设提供借鉴。
As urban and rural planning gradually shifts from incremental expansion to stock optimization era,land resources are becoming increasingly tight,making the renovation and utilization of existing foundation pits a trend.In view of this,taking No.40 Pipe Jacking Working Shaft of the Shanghai South Trunk Line Reconstruction Project as an example,this paper summarizes design experiences for deepening renovation of small-area large-depth foundation pits,analyzes core problems that need to be solved in such pit deepening renovations in the Shanghai region,and provides references for similar engineering constructions.
