摘要
科学合理地确定排涝泵站的设计流量,是保障平原河网地区防洪排涝安全的重要基础。文章以嘉兴市海盐县黄沙坞围垦区为例,采用常用的平均排除法、调蓄演算法和河网水动力模型法对排涝泵站设计流量进行计算及对比分析。分析结果表明,平均排除法和河网水动力模型法的计算结果较为接近,调蓄演算法计算的设计流量值偏小。由于平均排除法和调蓄演算法均包含“平均”假设,而河网水动力模型法更能反映平原河网地区复杂的水文条件、工程调度影响下的实际排涝情况,同时偏安全考虑,最终采用河网水动力模型法的计算结果。研究过程与结果可为类似地区确定排涝泵站规模提供一定参考。
Scientifically and reasonably determining the design flow of drainage pump stations is an important foundation for ensuring flood control and drainage safety in plain river network areas.Taking the Huangshawu Reclamation Area in Haiyan,Jiaxing city as an example,this paper calculates and comparatively analyzes the design flow of drainage pump stations using commonly used methods:average exclusion method,storage routing method,and river network hydrodynamic model method.Analysis results show that the calculation results of the average exclusion method and the river network hydrodynamic model method are relatively close,while the design flow value calculated by the storage routing method is smaller.Since both the average exclusion method and the storage routing method contain average assumptions,whereas the river network hydrodynamic model method better reflects the actual drainage situation under complex hydrological conditions and engineering scheduling influences in plain river network areas,and considering safety margins,the calculation result of the river network hydrodynamic model method is finally adopted.The research process and results can provide certain references for determining the scale of drainage pump stations in similar areas.
