摘要
针对城市新区开发中污水收集处理不足的共性问题,文章以南京市某新城二期污水专项规划为案例,构建具有韧性特征的区域污水系统。规划中,采用不同类别用地用水量指标法进行用水量预测,结合相关规范确定污水量计算参数,系统规划污水管网布局。规划主干管沿新城西北─东南轴线对称布置,形成两大主干脉络。近期通过学雅路─龙袍大道最优路径实现高校片区与一期系统的无缝衔接,远期依托北六路截污干管构建全域收集体系。规划还特别提出城乡统筹的界面处理,以期实现城乡污水系统的有机整合,兼具工程可实施性与战略前瞻性,为新城可持续发展提供技术支撑。
Addressing the common problem of insufficient sewage collection and treatment in new urban area development,this paper takes the special planning for sewage in Phase II of a new city in Nanjing as a case study to construct a resilient regional sewage system.In the planning,water consumption is predicted using water consumption indicators for different land use categories,sewage volume calculation parameters are determined according to relevant specifications,and the sewage pipe network layout is systematically planned.Main trunk pipes are arranged symmetrically along the northwestsoutheast axis of the new city,forming two main arteries.In the short term,seamless connection between the university area and the Phase I system is achieved via the optimal path of Xueya Road–Longpao Avenue.In the long term,a comprehensive collection system is constructed relying on the Bei Liu Road intercepting trunk pipe.The planning also specifically proposes interface handling for urban-rural coordination,aiming to achieve organic integration of urban and rural sewage systems,combining engineering feasibility and strategic foresight,providing technical support for sustainable development of the new city.
