摘要
马克思主义不仅是科学的世界观,还是认识世界和改造世界的思想武器,实现了人类认识世界方法论的重大变革。纪检监察理论与实践的发展历程赋予纪检监察学必须坚持马克思主义方法论指导地位的规定性和必然性。推进纪检监察学研究,应构建马克思主义的方法体系,运用马克思主义基本原理阐释我国纪检监察实践活动中的重难点问题并提出体现原创性、时代性的理论观点,叙述好蕴含在纪检监察制度及其实践中的道理、哲理、学理,推进其学术化、学科化,构建起体现中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的纪检监察学并推动其不断深化发展。具体来说,应运用以实践为基础的研究方法,将满足纪检监察工作实践需要作为出发点和落脚点,概括和总结纪检监察实践经验,在实践中检验研究成果;坚持以人民为中心的研究立场和方法,将“为了人民”作为价值追求,在研究中尊重人民主体地位,由人民评判纪检监察学研究的成果;坚持系统观念,在纪检监察学研究中遵循整体性原则、结构性原则、开放性原则;坚持问题导向,纪检监察学研究以回应、解决时代课题、现实关切作为目标;坚持发展的观点,运用历史主义的方法、科学预见的方法、逻辑与历史相统一的方法等开展纪检监察学研究。
Marxism is not only a scientific worldview,but also an ideological weapon for understanding and transforming the world.It has achieved a significant change in the methodology of human understanding of the world.The development process of the theory and practice of discipline inspection and supervision endows the necessity and inevitability that discipline inspection and supervision studies must adhere to the guiding position of Marxist methodology.To promote the research of discipline inspection and supervisionstudies,a Marxist method system should be constructed.We need to apply the basic principles of Marxism to explain the core and challenging issues in China’s discipline inspection and supervision practices and proposing theoretical perspectives characterized by originality and contemporaneity,narrate the reasons,philosophies and theories contained in the discipline inspection and supervision system and practice,promoteits academicization and disciplinization,and establishdiscipline inspection and supervision studies with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese spirit which should be driven continuous deepening and evolution.Specifically,we should adopt the research method based on practice to meet the practical needs of discipline inspection and supervision work as the starting point and the end point,to summarize the practical experience of discipline inspection and supervision,to test research results by practice.We should adhere to a people-centered research stance and methodology,regard“for the people”as a value pursuit,respect the people’s subjectivity in research,and let the people evaluate the results of disciplinary inspection and supervision studies.We should adhere to a systematic approach and follow the principles of integrity,structure and openness in the study of discipline inspection and supervision.We should adhere to a problem-oriented approach,and the research on discipline inspection and supervision should aim to respond to and solve contemporary issues and practical concerns.We should adhere to the developmental perspective to research on discipline inspection and supervision by the methods such as historicism,scientific foresight and the integration of logic and history,and so on.
