摘要
习近平关于全面加强党的纪律建设的重要论述是新时代党的建设理论的重要创新成果,是全面从严治党向纵深推进的理论结晶。该论述植根于中国共产党百年奋斗历程中对纪律建设的持续探索与实践,继承并发展了马克思主义政党纪律建设理论,在历史逻辑、理论逻辑与现实逻辑的贯通中形成了系统完整的理论体系,并深刻回应了新时代破解“大党独有难题”、推进党的自我革命的现实关切。本研究从内在逻辑、理论特质与时代价值三个维度展开分析,认为该论述坚持人民立场,注重统筹全局与突出重点,辩证处理纪律建设中的多重关系,呈现出鲜明的人民性、系统性和辩证性等理论特质。它开创了马克思主义政党纪律建设理论的新境界,不仅为新时代全面加强党的纪律建设提供了根本遵循,也为新时代推进党的自我革命、提升党的长期执政能力和领导水平提供了坚实的纪律支撑。
Xi Jinping’s important discourse on comprehensively strengthening the Party’s discipline construction is an important innovative achievement of the Party’s construction theory in the new era.It is a theoretical achievement of deepening the exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance.It inherits and develops the Marxist theory of discipline construction of political parties.It has formed a systematic and complete theoretical system through the integration of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.And it profoundly responded to the practical concerns of solving the“unique problems of major party”and promoting the Party’s self-reform.The paper analyzes and believes that the important discourse adheres to the people’s standpoint,focuses on coordinating the overall situation and highlighting key points,dialectically handles multiple relationships in disciplinary construction,and has distinct theoretical characteristics such as the people’s character,systematicity and dialectics.It has opened up a new realm in the Marxist party discipline construction theory,which not only provides a fundamental guideline for the comprehensive strengthening of the Party’s discipline construction in the new era,but also provides solid discipline support for promoting the Party’s self-reform and enhancing the Party’s long-term governance capacity and level of leadership in the new era.
