摘要
目的:分析伤害指数联合脑电双频指数监测下的全身麻醉应用于腹腔镜手术术中效果。方法:选取2021年3月~2025年3月于辽宁省金秋医院住院的腹腔镜手术患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组行脑电双频指数监测下的全身麻醉,观察组行伤害指数联合脑电双频指数监测下的全身麻醉,比较两组血流动力学参数、术后恢复指标。结果:麻醉诱导前,两组血流动力学参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组气管插管前、气管插管即刻、手术开始时、手术开始3min、手术结束时、拔管时的血流动力学参数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、指令反应恢复时间、拔管时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行腹腔镜手术中应用伤害指数联合脑电双频指数监测下的全身麻醉,可有效维持术中血流动力学稳定,缩短术后恢复时间。
Objective:To analyze the effect of general anesthesia under the monitoring of the Noxious Stimulus Index(NOX)combined with the Bispectral Index(BIS)in laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 92 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province from March 2021 to March 2025 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group underwent general anesthesia under BIS monitoring,and the observation group underwent general anesthesia under NOX combined with BIS monitoring.The hemodynamic parameters and postoperative recovery indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:Before anesthesia induction,there was no significant difference in hemodynamic parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).The hemodynamic parameters of the observation group before tracheal intubation,immediately after tracheal intubation,at the beginning of surgery,3 min after surgery,at the end of surgery,and at extubation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The anesthesia recovery time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,command response recovery time and extubation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of general anesthesia under the monitoring of NOX combined with BIS in laparoscopic surgery can effectively maintain intraoperative hemodynamic stability and shorten postoperative recovery time.
