摘要
本研究围绕港口集装箱起重机项目的全流程执行管理展开研究,系统分析了设计、采购、制造、安装、调试、运输与交付七个阶段的风险,包括技术、进度、成本、质量与外部环境等。由于项目高度复杂且各阶段之间联系紧密,因此通过构建多主体、多部门协同管理的组织架构,结合风险识别、评估、预警及应对的动态闭环流程,并应用关键路径法、预警机制,对项目全生命周期的风险进行管理。
This study focuses on the full-process management of port container crane projects,it analyzes risks in seven stages:design,procurement,manufacturing,installation,commissioning,transportation,and delivery,including technical,schedule,cost,quality,and external risks.Due to the high complexity and strong interconnections,a multi-department collaborative management structure is proposed.A dynamic closed-loop process of risk identification,assessment,early warning,and response is established,using tools such as the critical path method and warning mechanisms,to manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
