摘要
本研究结合驱动系统材料性能,建立复合设计方案。通过计算与ANSYS有限元分析校核强度,对比Q345B方管160×160×8mm(方案一)与Q235B方管160×160×6mm(方案二)方案。结果表明方案一符合安全要求,实际方案因材料与截面问题未通过校核。
Based on the material properties of the drive system,a combined design scheme is developed.Strength and performance are verified by calculation and ANSYS finite element analysis.Two schemes are compared:Scheme 1 adopts a Q345B square tube of 160×160×8mm,while Scheme 2 adopts a Q235B square tube of 160×160×6.The results show that Scheme 1 meets the safety requirements,whereas the actual scheme fails the verification due to limitations in material and section.
