摘要
现代产业学院是科教融汇的实践载体。基于现代产业学院的科教融汇是促进产教融合与科教融汇有效融合的创新之举。其中,战略逻辑层面,推动职教改革与科技强国耦合;发展逻辑层面,促进教育系统与产业系统耦合;协同逻辑层面,推进学校场域与企业场域耦合。从实践维度分析,现代产业学院科教融汇仍面临诸多问题,主要表现为:融而不合,产教研资源脱嵌;融而不深,治理体系失范;融而不同,异质主体松散;融而不通,保障机制阻滞等。据此,从融合、善治、协同、保障四个向度提出现代产业学院科教融汇的实施路径。
Modern industrial colleges serve as practical carriers for the integration of science and education.The integration of science and education based on modern industrial colleges is an innovative approach to promote the effectively integration of production-education integration and science-education integration.At the strategic logic level,it promotes the coupling of vocational education reform and the goal of building a strong nation in science and technology;at the developmental logic level,it fosters the coupling of education system and industrial system;at the collaborative logic level,it advances the coupling of school environment and corporate environment.From the perspective of practice,there are still many problems in the integration of science and education in modern industrial colleges,which are primarily manifested in the following aspects:integration without unity,with separation of production,teaching and research resources;integration without depth,with governance systems lacking norms;integration without harmony,with loosely connected heterogeneous entities;and integration without smoothness,with obstructed safeguard mechanisms.Accordingly,implementation paths of the integration of science and education are proposed from four dimensions of integration,good governance,collaboration and guarantee in modern industrial colleges.
