摘要
本文以城市燃气管道老化更新改造为研究对象,简要阐述了城市燃气管道安全运行现状、更新改造的意义,详细介绍探讨了直埋法、水平定向钻工艺、折叠内衬法、翻转内衬法4种更新改造施工技术工程应用情况和实施效果。研究表明4种更新改造施工技术均可作为老化管道更新改造实施的有效手段,作用显著。在开展老化管道更新改造前,针对具体项目技术方案的评估,应综合考虑技术工艺的先进性、适用性、经济性、安全性和环保性,选择最佳技术工艺进行施工。
This study focused on the renewal and renovation of aging urban gas pipelines.It briefly elaborated on the current safe operation status of urban gas pipelines and the significance of their renewal and renovation.The study explored in detail the engineering applications and implementation effects of four renewal and renovation construction techniques:the direct burial method,horizontal directional drilling process,folded lining method,and inverted lining method.The research demonstrates that all four construction techniques can serve as effective means for renewing and renovating aging pipelines,yielding significant results.It is found that prior to undertaking such projects,the assessment of the technical scheme for a specific pipeline should comprehensively consider factors such as the advancement,applicability,economic efficiency,safety,and environmental friendliness of the technical process to select the optimal technique for construction.
