膜分离技术在化工废水处理中的应用

摘要 随着化工产业的发展,化工废水的处理成为环境保护的重要课题。膜分离技术因其在化工废水处理中高效且无二次污染,有着广阔的应用前景。本文通过梳理分析相关文献,系统阐述了微滤、超滤、纳滤和反渗透四类膜分离技术的特征,以及不同膜分离技术在化工、环保等多个领域废水处理中的应用,并阐述了膜生物反应器、多级膜组合系统和新型膜过程集成技术的优势,分析了膜污染控制、成本控制和浓缩液处理等技术问题以及相关企业学者的解决策略。当前,膜分离技术虽日益成熟,但仍需在膜污染控制、成本降低和浓缩液处置等方面进一步完善。本文对不同类别的膜技术在工业废水中的应用和优势进行了总结,以期在降低工业废水处理成本、实现可持续发展方面提供一定的参考依据。 With the development of the chemical industry,the treatment of chemical wastewater has become a crucial issue in environmental protection.Membrane separation technology,featuring high efficiency and no secondary pollution in chemical wastewater treatment,holds broad application prospects.By reviewing and analyzing relevant literature,this paper systematically elaborates on the characteristics of four types of membrane separation technologies,namely microfiltration,ultrafiltration,nanofiltration,and reverse osmosis,as well as their applications in wastewater treatment across multiple fields such as chemical engineering and environmental protection.It also expounds on the advantages of membrane bioreactors,multistage membrane combination systems,and new membrane process integration technologies,and analyzes technical issues including membrane fouling control,cost control,and concentrate treatment,along with the solutions proposed by relevant enterprises and scholars.Currently,membrane separation technology is increasingly mature,but further improvements are still needed in aspects like membrane fouling control,cost reduction,and concentrate disposal.This paper summarizes the applications and advantages of different types of membrane technologies in industrial wastewater treatment,aiming to provide a certain reference for reducing the cost of industrial wastewater treatment and realizing sustainable development.
