摘要
聚焦数字媒体对电池产业就业结构的影响。数字媒体正在推动电池产业就业结构向智能化、灵活化转型,呈现技术岗位需求增长、传统岗位重构的特征;生产模式变革、研发创新加速、商业模式延伸以及组织形态优化等是核心驱动因素;面对技能供需失衡、用工方式变革等挑战,需要通过人才培养政策引导以及技术赋能等策略实现就业结构优化,促进产业的可持续发展。
The impact of digital media on the employment structure of the battery industry is emphasized.The digital media are prompting the change of battery industry’s employment structure toward intelligence and flexibility,that reflect an increased demand for technical jobs,and a rebuilding of conventional occupations.The core driving factors include production mode reform,research and development innovation acceleration,business model extension and organizational form optimization.Faced with problems like skills supply-demand imbalance,change of employee method and so on,it must promote the optimization of employment structure by cultivating talents,guiding policies and empowering technologies,to encourage orderly industrial development.
