社会认知理论框架下反馈式健康教育在机器人辅助全膝关节置换术中的应用

摘要 目的:探究社会认知理论框架下反馈式健康教育在机器人辅助全膝关节置换术(RTKA)中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年6月于南京医科大学附属南京医院行机器人辅助TKA的110例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(n=55,行主动功能训练)与联合组(n=55,在参照组基础上予以社会认知理论框架下反馈式健康教育)。比较两组患者的康复自我效能、锻炼依从性、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能及术后并发症。结果:术后15 d、术后1个月联合组康复自我效能评分、膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度均高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后联合组康复锻炼依从性良好率高于参照组(P<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对RTKA后患者实施社会认知理论框架下反馈式健康教育,可显著提高患者的康复锻炼依从性及康复自我效能,促进膝关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生风险。 Objective:To investigate the effect of feedback health education under the social cognitive theory(SCT)framework in patients undergoing robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty(RTKA).Methods:110 patients who underwent robot-assisted TKA at Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=55,receiving conventional active functional training)and the combination group(n=55,receiving feedback health education based on the SCT framework in addition to conventional active functional training).Rehabilitation self-efficacy,exercise adherence,knee range of motion(ROM),knee function,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:At 15 days and 1 month postoperatively,the combination group showed significantly higher scores in rehabilitation self-efficacy,knee function,and knee ROM compared to the control group(P<0.05).The rate of good exercise adherence in the combination group was significantly higher than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the combination group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of feedback health education under the SCT framework in patients undergoing RTKA can improve exercise adherence and rehabilitation self-efficacy,promote knee function recovery,and reduce postoperative complications.
