摘要 经膀胱入路是一种通过膀胱腔内分离前列腺及周围组织结构的顺行路径,可最大限度地保护神经血管网,且解剖标志明显,学习曲线更短。经膀胱入路是治疗局限性低风险前列腺癌的可选术式。经查阅国内外最新相关文献和指南,特邀请国内具有丰富机器人辅助手术经验的专家对2021版专家共识进行更新,以总结最新手术经验及规范,并进一步促进其推广与临床应用。 The transvesical approach is an antegrade surgical pathway that involves dissection of the prostate and surrounding structures through the lumen of bladder.This technique maximizes preservation of neurovascular bundles,offers clear anatomical landmarks,and features a shorter learning curve.It is a viable surgical option for the treatment of localized,low-risk prostate cancer.Based on a comprehensive review of the latest domestic and international literature and clinical guidelines,this 2026 update revises the 2021 expert consensus,incorporating refined surgical techniques,standardized procedural protocols,and updated evidence to promote wider adoption and clinical application of this approach.
