摘要
本文聚焦环境可持续设计与城市更新的融合发展,以解决城市更新过程中资源浪费、生态破坏、能源消耗高等问题为研究核心。通过文献研究、案例分析等方法,系统阐述环境可持续设计理念在城市更新中的重要性,并深入探讨其应用路径。研究发现,将环境可持续设计理念贯穿于城市更新的规划、建设、运营全周期,能够有效提升城市生态环境质量、优化资源利用效率、增强城市韧性。同时,结合国内外典型案例,总结成功经验与不足,提出推动环境可持续设计与城市更新深度融合的策略建议,为我国城市高质量可持续发展提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
This paper focuses on the integrated development of environmentally sustainable design and urban renewal,addressing core issues such as resource waste,ecological damage,and high energy consumption in urban renewal processes.Through literature review and case studies,it systematically elucidates the significance of environmentally sustainable design concepts in urban renewal and explores their application pathways.The research reveals that integrating these design principles throughout the entire lifecycle of urban renewal―planning,construction,and operation―can effectively improve urban ecological quality,optimize resource utilization efficiency,and enhance urban resilience.By analyzing domestic and international case studies,this paper summarizes successful practices and shortcomings,proposing strategies to deepen the integration of environmentally sustainable design with urban renewal.These findings provide theoretical references and practical insights for China's high-quality sustainable urban development.
