管线沟槽建渣利用回填施工试验研究

摘要 随着机场建设的快速发展,飞行区管线敷设越来越多,其沟槽回填施工对机场道面力学性能影响显著。本文以华东地区某机场综合管廊回填施工为试验项目,采用控制变量法,对比了建渣粉土制备流态水泥土、粉土制备流态水泥土、湿贫混凝土及建渣混凝土等不同材料的回填性能。通过详细阐述施工准备、现场实施过程及注意事项,并对各材料的工程造价与强度等性能进行对比分析,得出建渣粉土制备流态水泥土在强度、密度、承载力及工程造价等方面具有综合优势。 With the rapid development of airport construction,the increasing number of pipeline installations in flight areas has led to significant challenges in trench backfilling,which critically affects the mechanical properties of airport pavements.Taking the comprehensive pipeline corridor backfilling project at an airport in East China as a case study,this research employs the controlled variable method to compare the backfilling performance of different materials,including construction waste-based flowable cement soil,flowable cement soil made from silt,lean concrete,and construction waste concrete.The study details the construction preparation,on-site implementation processes,and key considerations.A comparative analysis of engineering costs and strength properties across these materials reveals that construction waste-based flowable cement soil demonstrates comprehensive advantages in strength,density,bearing capacity,and cost-effectiveness.
