摘要
素庵真節法師是南京栖霞寺的高僧,同時也是晚明知名義學高僧,學術界頗爲關注。近年在栖霞山内新發現《大明賜紫素庵節法師塔銘》,是爲法師生平的重要文獻,首次向學界刊布。塔銘與另一篇馮夢禎的《素庵法師傳》可能同出一源,是素庵生平傳記的最早源頭,共同组成了素庵法師的弘法生平叙事。此外,新出塔銘提供了更多的細節。可以發現素庵的塔銘與傳記得以完成,與明代高僧紫柏真可及其精英僧俗群體有密切關係。
Suan Zhenjie is an eminent monk of Qixia Temple in Nanjing,and is also a well-known master of Buddhist doctrine in the late Ming Dynasty,which has attracted much attention in the academic circles.In recent years,the newly discovered Tomb-Pagoda Inscription of Suan Zhenjie bestowed the purple kasaya by the Ming Dynasty in Qixia Mountain,as an important document of the Zhenjie's life,has been released to the academia for the first time.The Tomb-Pagoda Inscription and Feng Mengzhen's Biography of Master Suan maybe derive from the same source,and could be regarded as the earliest source of Suan Zhenjie's biographies.They record the extraordinary life of the Buddhist Master Suan in the propagation of the Dharma.In addition,the new pagoda inscription also provides more details.It can be found that the completion of Suan's pagoda inscription and biography is closely related to the Ming Dynasty monk Zibai Zhenke and his elite group of monks and laity.
