摘要
为有效利用四川省宜宾市的优良丛生竹种,选择麻竹、孝顺竹、慈竹、硬头黄竹、料慈竹、绵竹等6种丛生竹,测定各竹种不同竹龄(1年生、2年生、3年生)和不同部位(秆基部、中部、梢部)竹材的化学成分及纤维形态。结果表明,在纤维形态上,6种丛生竹的纤维长度均大于1.76 mm,长宽比均大于97,纤维长度随着竹龄的增大呈增长趋势,3年生竹材的纤维长度以竹秆中部的最长。在化学成分上,6种丛生竹的综纤维素含量为69.93%~76.12%,其中,硬头黄竹的综纤维素含量(76.12%)最高而灰分含量(1.74%)和木素含量(22.66%)最少,麻竹的综纤维素含量(69.93%)最少且灰分含量(3.36%)最高;随着竹龄增大6种丛生竹的综纤维素、纤维素、灰分含量减小但苯醇抽出物、木素含量增加;不同部位间,3年生竹材的综纤维素与纤维素含量表现出相似规律,即基部最低,中部与梢部相差不大;灰分与木素含量表现出相似规律,即梢部最高,中部次之,基部最少。综合分析认为,6种竹材均可用作造纸原料,其中,硬头黄竹的造纸性能最优,麻竹的造纸性能与其他5个竹种相比较差。
To effectively utilize the excellent sympodial bamboo species in Yibin city,Sichuan province,six sympodial bamboo species,including Dendrocalamus latiflorus,Bambusa multiplex,Neosinocalamus affinis,Brigida,B.distegia,and B.intermedia,are selected to determine the chemical composition and fiber morphology of bamboo culms at different ages(1-year-old,2-year-old,3-year-old)and from different positions(basal,middle,top)of each species.The results show that in terms of fiber morphology,the fiber length of all six sympodial bamboo species exceeds 1.76 mm,and their length-to-width ratio is greater than 97.Fiber length tends to increase with bamboo age,and the longest fibers are found in the middle section of 3-year-old culms.Regarding chemical composition,the holocellulose content of the six sympodial bamboo species ranges from 69.93%to 76.12%.Among them,B.rigida exhibits the highest holocellulose content(76.12%)and the lowest ash content(1.74%)and lignin content(22.66%),while D.latiflorus has the lowest holocellulose content(69.93%)and the highest ash content(3.36%).With increasing bamboo age,the holocellulose,cellulose,and ash contents of the six sympodial bamboo species decrease,whilst the benzene-alcohol extractives and lignin contents increase.Among different positions of 3-year-old culms,holocellulose and cellulose contents follow a similar pattern which is lowest in the basal section,with little difference between the middle and top sections.Ash and lignin contents also show a similar 43 trend,the highest in the top section followed by the middle and the basal sections sequentially.The comprehensive analysis indicates that all six bamboo species are suitable as raw materials for paper-making.Among them,B.rigida exhibits the most favorable paper-making properties,while D.latiflorus shows relatively inferior performance compared to the other five species.
