摘要
针对云南某单铜矿因铜矿物单体解离度不高,导致铜回收效果较差问题,开展可选性试验研究,对磨矿粒度、铜矿物捕收剂、石灰、亚硫酸钠等进行条件试验。闭路试验结果表明,经一段磨至-0.074 mm占60%,一次粗选两次扫选,中矿顺序返回,粗选泡沫磨至-0.037 mm占77%,三次精选,获得了铜精矿铜品位18.56%,铜回收率73.16%的技术指标,为选别此类铜矿物提供了技术依据。
Aiming at the problem of poor copper recovery caused by the low degree of monomer dissociation of copper minerals in a single copper ore in Yunnan,a washability test study was carried out,and conditional tests were conducted on grinding fineness,copper mineral collectors,lime,sodium sulfite,and other factors.The closed-circuit test results showed that,after primary grinding to 60%passing 0.074 mm,one roughing and two scavenging stages with middlings sequentially returned,and regrinding of the rougher concentrate to 77%passing 0.037 mm followed by three cleaning stages,a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 18.56%and a copper recovery of 73.16%was achieved.This study provides technical support for the beneficiation of such copper ores.
