Against the dual backdrop of rapid urbanization and global climate change urban living environments face unprecedented complex challenges. On one hand, intensive land development and the continuous contraction of natural ecological spaces have exacerbated severe ecological issues such as the urban heat island effect, air pollution, and biodiversity loss.On the other hand, the pervasive psychological stress, chronic fatigue, and emotional disorders induced by the fast-paced,high-pressure patterns of metropolitan life have become increasingly prominent public health concerns.Conducting in-depth,systematic research into how green spaces—through their inherent ecological regulation functions and the human activities they inspire and accommodate—ultimately influence individual and collective physical and mental health represents not only a profound academic response to China's national"Healthy China"strategy and"Park City"development philosophy, but also an essential approach to addressing contemporary urban development challenges. This research commits to enhancing public well-being through nature-based solutions and building resilient, livable cities.
