摘要
在国家“双碳”战略和城市更新行动背景下,既有建筑节能低碳改造市场迅速扩张,凸显精通能耗诊断、低碳设计与智能运维的复合型人才缺口。然而,当前高校建筑环境与能源应用工程(简称建环)专业课程体系存在滞后性,教学内容侧重新建建筑设计,实践教学缺乏真实运维场景,难以满足行业转型需求。基于建环专业发展与社会需求变迁,面向行业正从“工程建设”向“工程运维”转型,提出人才培养目标需转向“存量建筑低碳改造与智慧运维工程师”。以重庆科技大学为例,专业通过“校企协同-课程重构-实践强化”一体化设计,确立“三位一体”改革路径:通过强化分阶段双碳教育、更新“智能+绿色”课程、重构实践项目与组织、深化校企合作平台等实践教学体系,以及共建微专业、项目式课程、“3+1订单班”等创新产教融合模式,培养“实基础、懂技术、能运营、会管理”的高素质应用型人才,支撑建筑业绿色低碳转型人才需求。
In the context of the national"dual-carbon"strategy and urban renewal initiatives,the market for energy-efficient and low-carbon retrofitting of existing buildings is experiencing rapid expansion,highlighting a shortage of composite talents skilled in energy consumption diagnosis,low-carbon design,and intelligent operation and maintenance.However,the current curriculum system of Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering(hereinafter referred to as"BEE")majors in universities lags behind,still emphasizing new building design and lacking authentic operation and maintenance scenarios in practical teaching,which fails to meet the needs of industry transformation.This paper analyzes the development of BEE majors and the evolution of social demands,pointing out that the industry is transitioning from"engineering construction"to"engineering operation and maintenance,"necessitating a shift in talent cultivation objectives towards"engineers specializing in low-carbon retrofitting and smart operation and maintenance of existing buildings."Taking the practice of Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example,a"three-in-one"reform pathway is proposed through"school-enterprise collaboration,curriculum redesign,and practice enhancement."This involves repositioning training objectives,strengthening phased dual-carbon education,updating the"intelligent+green"curriculum,reconstructing practical projects and organizations,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation platforms and other practical teaching systems.It is recommended to foster high-quality applied talents who are"grounded in practice,proficient in technology,capable of operation,and adept at management"by innovating industry-education integration models such as co-constructing micro-majors,project-based courses,and"3+1 customized classes,"thereby supporting the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry.
