摘要
草酸二异戊酯作为一种重要的柴油十六烷值改进剂和化工中间体,因其优异的性能和环保特性受到广泛关注。本文系统综述了草酸二异戊酯的合成方法与生产技术研究进展,重点分析了浓硫酸催化法、固体酸催化法、有机酸催化法、盐类催化法及微波辅助合成法等不同合成路线的工艺条件。通过对比各种方法的转化率、反应时间、催化剂可重复使用性等关键技术指标,总结了现有技术的优缺点,并展望了未来发展方向。分析表明,固体超强酸催化法因其高效、环保等优势具有较好的工业化应用前景。
Diisopentyl oxalate,as an important diesel cetane number improver and chemical intermediate,has attracted widespread attention due to its excellent performance and environmentally friendly characteristics.This paper systematically reviews the research progress in synthesis methods and production technologies for diisopentyl oxalate.It focuses on analyzing the process conditions of different synthetic routes,including concentrated sulfuric acid catalysis,solid acid catalysis,organic acid catalysis,salt catalysis,and microwave-assisted synthesis.By comparing key technical indicators such as conversion rate,reaction time,and catalyst reusability among the various methods,the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies are summarized,and future development directions are discussed.The analysis indicates that solid superacid catalysis holds promising industrial application prospects due to its high efficiency and environmental benefits.
