摘要
生育酚(Tocopherol)具有卓越的抗氧化效果,对防止老化有效果,但缺点是对光和UV敏感,稳定性低。为解决这一问题,利用纳米结构脂质载体(Nanostructured Lipid Carrier,NLC)的药物传达系统备受关注。NLC由固体和液体脂质组成,具有良好的药物包封率和稳定性,通过高压乳化技术(HPH)制备。本研究拟将生育酚包封在NLC中,进一步应用大分子凝胶(Carbogel),以提高其长期的理化稳定性。
Tocopherol is a powerful antioxidant effective in preventing aging,but it has the drawback of being sensitive to light and UV exposure,leading to stability issues.To address this,Reconstructed lipid carriers(NLC)have emerged as a promising trans dermal delivery system.NLC,composed of solid and liquid lipids,offer high drug encapsulation efficiency and improved stability,and they are typically prepared using high-pressure homogenization(HPH).This study aims to encapsulate tocopherol into NLC and further enhance its long-term physical and chemical stability by incorporating a polymer gel(Carbolic).
