摘要
以某电厂矿井高盐废水和脱硫废水为研究对象,通过集成矿井高盐废水与脱硫废水处理工艺,结合多级膜分离技术与蒸发结晶技术,构建了一套高效、稳定的废水近零排放系统。重点对工艺流程、设备参数及运行效果进行了阐述。结果表明,系统产水水质达到设计要求,并成功产出符合工业盐标准的氯化钠和硫酸钠,实现了废水近零排放与资源化利用的双重目标,为矿井高盐废水与脱硫废水集成处理并实现近零排放提供了技术参考。
Taking the high-salinity wastewater from mines and desulfurization wastewater from a power plant as the research subject,this study developed an efficient and stable zero liquid discharge system by integrating a treatment process for high-salinity wastewater from mines and desulfurization wastewater,combining multistage membrane separation with evaporative crystallization.The process flow,equipment parameters,innovative design features,and operational performance were elaborated in detail.The results demonstrated that the system's effluent quality met the design requirements,successfully producing sodium chloride and sodium sulfate that comply with industrial salt standards.This achievement realized the dual goals of zero liquid discharge and resource utilization,providing a technical reference for the integrated treatment of high-salinity wastewater from mines and desulfurization wastewater to achieve zero liquid discharge.
