摘要
目的探讨威伐光照射联合蒙脱石散在Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮患者中的应用效果。方法本研究为一项单中心前瞻性随机对照试验,将宁德市柘荣县医院2023年3月至2024年9月收治的62例Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(接受蒙脱石散治疗,n=31)和研究组(接受威伐光照射联合蒙脱石散治疗,n=31)。对比两组临床疗效、换药次数、创面愈合时间、新生肉芽组织生长时间、压疮创面中心温度、压疮创面pH、压疮愈合评分量表(Pressure Ulcer Healing Score Healing,PUSH)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-bref,WHOQOL-BREF)、视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及满意度。结果研究组的临床总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间、新生肉芽组织生长时间短于对照组,换药次数低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2周后、干预4周后,研究组压疮创面中心温度和WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,压疮创面pH和PUSH、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论威伐光照射联合蒙脱石散应用于Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮患者,可缩短创面愈合时间,缓解创面疼痛,提高患者的生活质量和满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of water-filtered infrared-A irradiation combined with montmorillonite powder in stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ pressure ulcer patients.Methods:This study was a single-center prospective randomized controlled trial,a total of 62 stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ pressure ulcer patients who were admitted to Zherong County Hospital of Ningde from March 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control group(treated with montmorillonite powder,n=31)and study group(treated with water-filtered infrared-A irradiation combined with montmorillonite powder,n=31).The clinical efficacy,dressing change frequency,wound healing time,growth time of new granulation tissue,central temperature of pressure ulcer wound,pH of pressure ulcer wound,pressure ulcer healing score healing(PUSH),world health organization quality of life-bref(WHOQOL-BREF),visual analogue scale(VAS)and satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical efficacy rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,wound healing time and growth time of new granulation tissue were shorted than those in the control group,dressing change frequency was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks and 4 weeks after intervention,central temperature of pressure ulcer wound and WHOQOL-BREF scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the pH of pressure ulcer wound,PUSH scores and VAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Water-filtered infrared-A irradiation combined with montmorillonite powder in stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ pressure ulcer patients,can shorten the wound healing time,relieve wound pain,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
