How can wealth management company transform to break through development pressures in a low-interest-rate environment? This question is of great practical significance for those with a fixed-income asset allocation exceeding 95%.This paper constructs a theoretical model and innovatively introduces the Ponzi finance parameter to analyze the low-interestrate phenomenon. It also generalizes the four-stage evolution law of low-interest-rate environments and the characteristics of asset management products in major economies. In a complete low-interest-rate environment, economies usually go through four stages:rapid interest rate decline, plateau, zero interest rate, and rate recovery.Different assets perform differently across these stages. In such environments, asset management products tend to be indexed, diversified, functional, and globally allocated, with declining management fees.Combining interest rate analysis and international experience, the paper points out that domestic interest rates will likely continue to decline in the medium and long term.Currently,China is in the stage where rates are transitioning from a rapid decline to a plateau.Facing development pressures, wealth management company need to adjust their asset allocation strategies and product structures. They should focus on building professional investment and research teams, developing trading capabilities, and reforming risk management. These measures can help them achieve stable operations and sustainable development in a low-interest-rate environment.
