摘要
该文聚焦初中体育课堂引体向上教学面临的学生体能薄弱、积极性低和畏难情绪等问题,从教学实践角度探索自制辅助器械的应用路径。通过设计与应用梯形楔块、滑轮-弹力件组合、脚套滑轮装置及腰部辅助带等低成本器械,构建结构清晰、操作可行的课堂教学模式。该模式能够有效改善学生的学练效果,明显提升课堂参与度,降低学生的学练焦虑,具有较强的应用价值与推广潜力。
This paper focuses on the challenges faced in junior high school physical education classes during pull-up instruction,including students'weak physical fitness,low motivation,and strong performance anxiety.From a practical teaching perspective,it explores the application of self-made auxiliary equipment.By designing and applying low-cost tools such as inclined foam blocks,pulley-elastic band combinations,foot-loop pulley devices,and waist-assisted harnesses,the study establishes a clear and operable classroom teaching model.This approach effectively improves students'training outcomes,significantly enhances classroom participation,reduces learning anxiety,and demonstrates strong practical value and potential for broader implementation.
