从单向支援到双向奔赴:东部地区高校少数民族学生培养的路径优化

From One-Way Assistance to Mutual Pursuit:Enhancing the Cultivation of Ethnic Minority Students in Eastern Chinese Universities

摘要 在新发展阶段,东部地区高校少数民族学生的角色不再是单向学习者,更应是民族地区知识和经验的传播者。长期以来,部分东部地区高校的少数民族学生培养一直采取“单向支援”模式,在交流、学习、就业、管理等方面造成很多问题。为突破此困境,东部地区高校应采取“双向奔赴”策略,从知识共通、教学共进、实践共促、师生共长等四个方面进行路径优化,充分激发少数民族学生成长的内生动力。 In the new phase of development,ethnic minority students at eastern Chinese universities are no longer merely learners;they also serve as contributors who bring insights from the governance experiences of their home regions.In practice,however,eastern universities find it challenging to directly replicate training models from western China.Theoretically,most existing studies treat the cultivation of minority students either as a phenomenon unique to ethnic regions or as a one-way transfer of knowledge and talent from eastern institutions to western China.Using the Ocean University of China as a case study,this paper examines the challenges faced by ethnic minority students in eastern universities—particularly in communication,academic development,employment,and administrative support.In response,the university has implemented a"Mutual Pursuit"strategy,focusing on four key areas:knowledge sharing,pedagogical innovation,practice-oriented development,and collaborative teacher-student growth.
