摘要
革命老区承载着红色文化基因,其文化振兴既是中国式现代化的战略支点,也是乡村振兴的重要内容。数智技术是乡村文化振兴的重要推手,为革命老区乡村文化传承与创新、乡村经济社会发展以及乡村凝聚力的提升提供了巨大推动力,对以高质量发展推进中国式现代化意义重大。在现实中,数智技术赋能革命老区乡村文化振兴还存在乡村数智技术普及与应用难、乡村文化资源数智保护与开发存在矛盾、乡村数智人才供给和需求不匹配、乡村政策支持与资金投入不足等困境。为突破这些困境,应在建设乡村数智基础设施与提升居民数智素养、创新乡村文化数字资源开发和保护模式、培育乡村数智文化复合型人才、完善乡村数智文化振兴政策体系等方面发力。
Old revolutionary base areas,bearing the legacy of red culture,are undergoing cultural revitalization,positioning themselves as both a strategic pivot for Chinese modernization and a vital aspect of rural revitalization.Digital-intelligent technologies are crucial for driving rural cultural revitalization in old revolutionary base areas,facilitating the preservation and innovation of rural culture,contributing to economic and social development,and enhancing community cohesion.These are of great significance for advancing Chinese modernization through high-quality development.However,significant challenges remain,including hurdles related to technology adoption,conflicts in the digital-intelligent preservation and development of cultural resources,mismatches in the supply and demand for digital talent,and inadequate policy support and funding.To overcome these obstacles,efforts should be made to develop rural digital-intelligent infrastructure and enhance residents’digital literacy,to innovate in the digital preservation and utilization of cultural resources,to cultivate interdisciplinary talents proficient in both culture and digital intelligence,and to improve the policy system for rural digital-cultural revitalization.
