摘要
立足油田企业安全生产和可持续发展的高度,聚焦基层监督员职能发挥,从监督力量、综合能力、监督体系建设、信息技术应用等方面,分析当前基层监督员监督工作现状,结合实际探讨有效发挥基层监督员作用的实践路径,旨在全面强化基层监督力度,促进油田企业生产活动的安全、长效与持续性发展。
From the perspective of ensuring safe production and sustainable development in oilfield enterprises,this study focuses on the functional role of primary-level supervisors.The current status of primary-level supervision is analyzed in terms of supervisory manpower,overall competence,supervision system building,and application of information technology.Based on practical experience,pathways for effectively enhancing the role of primary-level supervisors are explored,aiming to comprehensively strengthen primary-level oversight and promote safe,long-term,and sustainable oilfield operations.
