摘要
管氏肿腿蜂是多种钻蛀性害虫的重要寄生性天敌,在农林害虫生物防治中应用广泛。近年来,其人工繁育技术研究取得了显著进展。系统梳理了其在人工繁育过程中的关键技术环节,包括寄主选择与处理、最佳蜂虫比、温湿度控制及保存技术等,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为相关研究与推广应用提供参考。
Sclerodermus guani as a parasitic wasp of boring pests,is widely used in the biological control of agricultural and forestry pests.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the artificial breeding technology of S.guani.This article summarizes the key factors for the artificial breeding of S.guani,including host selection and treatment,optimum ratio of bee to host,temperature and humidity control,and preservation techniques,also prospects the future research directions,in order to provide reference for related research and promotion.
