摘要
目的探析心力衰竭患者予心脏康复疗法联合达格列净对心泵血功能与生活质量的临床影响。方法从同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院2024年1月至2024年12月接治的心力衰竭患者中筛选300例,以随机数字表法均分成各150例的联合治疗组和对照组。两组均予以心力衰竭常规用药加达格列净,联合治疗组再予以心脏康复疗法。两组患者均治疗3个月,评价患者治疗前后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)以及左室射血分数(LVEF)、生活质量评分(MLHFQ)及运动耐力。结果两组患者治疗后LVESD、LVEDD水平及MLHFQ分值与治疗前相较均有所下降,且联合治疗组更低(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后LVEF、6 MWT距离均有所提高,且联合治疗组更高(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复疗法联合达格列净对于优化心力衰竭患者心脏泵血功能有明显效果,并有助于提升运动耐力和生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical impact of cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with dapagliflozin on cardiac pumping function and quality of life in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 300 patients with heart failure who were treated in the Jiaozhou Branch of Shanghai East Hospital,Tongji University from January to December 2024 were selected and evenly divided into the combined treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups were given the conventional heart failure medication plus dapagliflozin,and the combined treatment group was further given cardiac rehabilitation therapy.Both groups of patients were treated for 3 months.The left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),quality of life score(MLHFQ),and exercise endurance of the patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of LVESD,LVEDD and the score of MLHFQ in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the combined treatment group were even lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF index and 6 MWT distance of both groups of patients increased,and those of the combined treatment group were even higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with dapagliflozin has a significant effect on optimizing the cardiac pumping function of patients with heart failure,and is helpful to improve exercise tolerance and quality of life.
