摘要
随着我国城镇化的不断发展,桩基工程成了满足地基承载力、控制建筑物抗浮、沉降的主要施工方法,尤其是在长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工过程中后插钢筋笼施工应用得越来越广泛。该方法主要采用机械钻孔的方法,具有适应性强、成本低、施工简便等优点。大多数工程的地质条件较好,灌注桩成桩率高且较稳定,但在富含地下水的砂土地质条件下对长螺旋钻孔压灌桩成孔影响较大。如果施工过程中不采取合理的技术措施,成桩质量不能得到较好的保证。研究通过工程实例阐述了长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在富水砂土地质条件下施工工艺、技术要点及注意事项,可为类似工程参考。
With the continuous development of urbanization in our country,pile foundation engineering has become the main construction method to meet the foundation bearing capacity and control the buoyancy and settlement of buildings.This is especially true in the construction process of long spiral drilled pile with pressure grouting,where the application of post-installed steel cage is becoming increasingly widespread.This method mainly uses mechanical drilling,which has advantages such as strong adaptability,low cost,and simple construction.Most engineering geological conditions are relatively good,resulting in a high and stable pile formation rate for the poured piles,but in sandy geological conditions rich in groundwater,there is a significant impact on the formation of long spiral drilled piles.If reasonable technical measures are not taken during the construction process,the quality of pile formation cannot be well guaranteed.This research illustrates the construction process,technical points,and precautions of long spiral drilled piles under water-rich sandy geological conditions through engineering examples,which can serve as a reference for similar projects.
