摘要
目的:分析腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)合并坐骨神经痛患者心理韧性的影响因素。方法:选取2022年11月至2024年11月该院收治的180例LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者进行横断面研究。收集患者一般资料,采用中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评估患者心理韧性,并采用多元线性回归分析LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者心理韧性的影响因素。结果:本研究共发放问卷180份,回收180份,回收率100%,经严格核查剔除内容缺失的问卷后,最终纳入统计分析的有效问卷为172份,有效率95.56%(172/180)。172例LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者中,CD-RISC评分为(55.42±10.67)分;不同性别、年龄、体质量指数、居住地、工作、婚姻状况、受教育程度、合并基础疾病、康复锻炼等LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者CD-RISC评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同病程、家庭平均月收入、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、自我效能感、家庭关怀度等LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者CD-RISC评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,病程、家庭平均月收入、VAS评分、自我效能感、家庭关怀度均为LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者心理韧性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:病程、家庭平均月收入、VAS评分、自我效能感、家庭关怀度均为LDH合并坐骨神经痛患者心理韧性的影响因素。
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)complicated with sciatica.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 180 patients with LDH and sciatica admitted to this hospital from November 2022 to November 2024.The general data of these patients were collected.The Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)was used to evaluate the psychological resilience of these patients.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of psychological resilience in the patients with LDH and sciatica.Results:In this study,a total of 180 questionnaires were distributed and 180 were recovered with a recovery rate of 100%.After strict verification and elimination of missing questionnaires,172 valid questionnaires were finally included in the statistical analysis with an effective rate of 95.56%(172/180).Among the 172 LDH patients with sciatica,the CD-RISC score was(55.42±10.67)points.There were no statistically significant differences in the CD-RISC scores between the patients with LDH combined with sciatica with different gender,age,body mass index,residence,occupation,marital status,education level,comorbidities,or rehabilitation exercise(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the CD-RISC scores between the LDH patients with sciatica in different course of disease,family average monthly income,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,self-efficacy and family care(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis between showed that the course of disease,family average monthly income,VAS score,self-efficacy and family care were the influencing factors of thepsychological resilience in the LDH patients with sciatica(P<0.05).Conclusions:The course of disease,family average monthly income,VAS score,self-efficacy and family care are the influencing factors of thepsychological resilience in the LDH patients with sciatica.
