流体明胶结合明胶海绵在脊柱减压融合手术中的应用分析

摘要 采用系统梳理现有文献的方式,探寻流体明胶跟明胶海绵在脊柱减压融合手术中的应用效果与安全性,对二者的材料特性以及协同作用机制进行综合剖析,对其在术中止血、术后恢复以及融合效果等临床应用上的价值进行评判,同时与具体的手术操作流程和不同入路的特征相结合,为改进脊柱手术治疗方案提供参考佐证,本文还将对该联合应用方式可能存在的风险及注意事项深入探讨,根据现有证据点明当前研究的局限并对未来方向进行展望,力求为临床实践提供综合全面的理论支持。 By systematically reviewing the existing literature,this study aims to explore the application effect and safety of fluid gelatin combined with gelatin sponge in spinal decompression and fusion surgery.By comprehensive analysis of the material properties and the mechanism of synergistic action of the two,the clinical value of them in intraoperative hemostasis,postoperative recovery and fusion effect is systematically expounded.Combined with the specific surgical operation process and the characteristics of different approaches,it provides a reference basis for optimizing the treatment plan of spinal surgery.Meanwhile,this paper will also conduct an indepth discussion on the potential risks and precautions of this combined application approach.Based on existing evidence,it will identify the limitations of current research and outline future directions,with the aim of providing comprehensive theoretical support for clinical practice.
