Experimental Study on Catalytic Reductive Dechlorination of 2,4-Dichlorophennol Wastewater by Zero-valent Iron Systems

摘要 采用零价铁催化还原体系对2,4二氯苯酚(2,4-DCP)模拟废水进行了脱氯处理试验研究.结果表明:零价铁表面附载的Cu或活性炭对还原脱氯反应有催化作用,Cu比活性炭的催化效果更好;Cu/Fe脱氯最佳质量比为l×l0-3-5×10-4;PH值对脱氯效率有显著的影响;最佳PH值为4-5;2,4-DCP废水经脱氯处理后,可生化性明显提高,较易生物降解. Experimental investigations of the dechlorination of 2,4-dichlorophennol wastewater (2,4- DCP) by zero-valent iron catalytic reductive systems were conducted and the biodegradability of 2,4-dichlorophennol wastewater was estimated. The results indicate that either copper or activated carbon adhering to the surface of zero-valent iron can catalyze the reductive dechlorination reactions and the catalysis of copper is more effective on the reaction than catalysis of activated carbon . The optimum mass ratio of Cu/Fe is 1×10-3~5×10-4. The pH of reaction solution significantly influence on the dechlorination. The optimum pH is 4-5. Biodegradability of wastewater was greatly improved by dechlorination treatment. The dechlorinated 2,4- DCP wastewater shows good biodegradability.
