摘要
试验旨在探究日粮中分别添加猪油、豆油、鸭壳油、烤鸭油和纯鸭油5种不同种类的油脂对樱桃谷肉鸭14~22、23~29、30~39日龄3个阶段生长性能和脂肪含量的影响。选取14日龄健康的肉鸭1800只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复60只鸭。结果表明:①生长性能方面,14~22日龄饲养阶段,与猪油组相比,豆油组肉鸭的平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG)显著升高(P<0.05);23~29日龄饲养阶段,与纯鸭油组和猪油组相比,豆油组肉鸭的ADFI显著升高(P<0.05);30~39日龄饲养阶段,与纯鸭油组相比,豆油组和鸭壳油组肉鸭的ADFI显著升高(P<0.05),与豆油组和烤鸭油组相比,纯鸭油组肉鸭的ADG显著升高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。②脂肪含量方面,29日龄时,与纯鸭油组相比,鸭壳油组和猪油组肉鸭的皮脂率显著降低(P<0.05);39日龄时,与鸭壳油组和烤鸭油组相比,豆油组肉鸭的腹脂率和皮脂率显著降低(P<0.05)。上述试验结果表明,添加豆油能够提高肉鸭整个饲养阶段的ADFI;添加纯鸭油能够改善肉鸭生长后期的ADG和F/G;添加猪油、鸭壳油及豆油能在一定程度上减少肉鸭腹部脂肪和皮下脂肪的沉积。
The experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of five different types of fats(lard,soybean oil,duck shell oil,roasted duck oil,and pure duck oil)supplemented in the diet on the growth performance and fat content of Cherry Valley meat ducks during the three stages of days 14-22,23-29 and 30-39.A total of 1800 healthy 14-day-old Cherry Valley meat ducks were selected and randomly divided into 5 treatments,with 6 replicates of 60 ducks each.The results showed as follows:①in terms of growth performance,compared with the lard group,the average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)of meat ducks in the soybean oil group significantly increased at the days 14-22 stage(P<0.05).Compared with the pure duck oil group and lard group,the ADFI of meat ducks in the soybean oil group significantly increased at the days 23-29 stage(P<0.05).At the days 30-39 stage,compared with the pure duck oil group,the ADFI of meat ducks in the soybean oil group and duck shell oil group significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the soybean oil group and roasted duck oil group,the ADG of meat ducks in the pure duck oil group significantly increased and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)significantly decreased(P<0.05).②In terms of fat content,at 29 days of age,compared with the pure duck oil group,the subcutaneous fat rate of meat ducks in the duck shell oil group and lard group significantly decreased(P<0.05).At 39 days of age,compared with the duck shell oil group and roasted duck oil group,the abdominal fat rate and subcutaneous fat rate of meat ducks in the soybean oil group significantly decreased(P<0.05).The above experimental results showed that the addition of soybean oil improved the ADFI of meat ducks throughout the rearing stage;the addition of pure duck oil improved the ADG and F/G of meat ducks in the late growth stage;and the addition of lard,duck shell oil,and soybean oil could reduce to a certain extent the deposition of abdominal fat and subcutaneous fat in meat ducks.
