摘要
目的:探讨体外冲击波联合蒙药科尔沁接骨丹治疗髂胫束综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字法将2024年1月—2025年4月期间就诊的60例ITBS患者随机分为试验组和对照组。两组均进行体外冲击波治疗。试验组在此基础之上口服蒙药科尔沁接骨丹,对照组给予安慰剂颗粒口服。比较两组治疗前后疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、下肢功能评分(LEFS)、髋关节内收角度及临床疗效。结果:试验组总显效率70.00%高于对照组43.33%(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合蒙药科尔沁接骨丹可显著改善ITBS患者疼痛、下肢功能情况以及髋关节活动度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock waves combined with Mongolian medicine Keerqin Jiegu Dan in the treatment of iliotibial band syndrome.Method:Sixty patients with ITBS who visited the hospital from January 2024 to April 2025 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number method.Both groups received extracorporeal shock wave therapy.On this basis,the experimental group took the Mongolian medicine Keerqin Jiegu Dan orally,while the control group was given placebo granules orally.The Pain Analogue Scale(VAS),lower extremity Function score(LEFS),hip adduction Angle and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total marked efficiency of the experimental group was 70.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(43.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with Mongolian medicine Keerqin Jiegu Dan can significantly improve the pain,lower extremity function and hip joint range of motion of patients with ITBS,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
