瓶盖专用高密度聚乙烯的链结构研究

Study on the chain structure of high-density polyethylene for bottle cap

摘要 采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、高温凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、结晶淋洗分级(CEF)及交叉分级(CFC)等表征技术,系统研究了两种瓶盖专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的链结构特征,建立了结晶行为、分子量及其分布、短链支化及分布和二维链结构等多维度的链结构解析方法,并对比分析了其结构差异,讨论了链结构与性能之间的构效关系。可为国产瓶盖专用HDPE的工艺优化及高性能产品开发提供技术参考。 In this study,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),high-temperature gel permeation chromatography(GPC),crystallization elution fractionation(CEF),and cross-fraction chromatography(CFC)were employed to systematically investigate the chain structure characteristics of two types of high-density polyethylene(HDPE)specifically for bottle cap.Multi-dimensional analytical methods for chain structure parameters were established,covering crystallization parameters,molecular weight and its distribution parameters,short-chain branching structure parameters,as well as two-dimensional information of chain structure.Furthermore,the differences in their structures were compared and analyzed,and the structure-performance relationship between chain structure and properties was discussed.This work can provide technical references for the process optimization and high-performance product development of domestically produced HDPE specially for bottle cap.
