摘要
中国大部分主力气田相继进入开发中后期阶段,气藏平均采收率不高,除资源禀赋外,气藏开发理念、技术路径对采收率高低存在较大影响,加强天然气提高采收率的研究与实践刻不容缓。在国内外天然气藏提高采收率开发实践的基础上,深入探讨了气藏开发核心关注点、提高采收率机理、实现路径与主体技术、实践成效以及未来技术发展方向。研究结果表明:①气藏的开发需重点关注压力管理、储量的均衡动用、生产系统的通畅和水侵影响;②气藏提高采收率的核心机理是通过天然能量的高效利用和人工能量有效补充,持续完善地层流动体系、持续减小系统流动阻力或优化能量消耗构成;③提出气藏“三阶递进提采”技术路径,即一阶“增动用•筑基”、二阶“降废弃•提效”、三阶“补能量•拓界”,介绍了不同路径对应的主体技术;④总结国内外不同类型气藏提高采收率探索实践情况,详细剖析典型案例;⑤中国天然气藏提高采收率潜力巨大,未来需在深层气藏描述、水封气解封、全流程协同优化、注CO_(2)提高采收率实验、储层改造和渗流改善5个方向持续攻关。结论认为:研究成果进一步夯实了天然气提高采收率的理论基础、实现路径、技术方法和矿场实践基础,可为已开发气藏提高采收率提供坚实的理论支撑,有力助推气藏提高采收率技术的发展,保障国家能源安全。
Most of China's major gas fields have successively entered the mid-to-late development stage,but the average gas recovery factor remains relatively low.The recovery factor of gas reservoir is influenced significantly by development concept and technical pathways besides resource endowment,so it is imperative to strengthen the research and practice of enhanced gas recovery(EGR).Based on the domestic and international EGR practices,this paper deeply discusses the core concerns,EGR mechanisms,implementation pathways,main technologies,practical effectiveness,and future directions of gas reservoir development.The following results are obtained.First,to develop a gas reservoir,it is necessary to focus on pressure control,balanced reserve producing,unimpeded production systems,and water invasion.Second,the core mechanism of EGR lies in continuously improving the formation flow system,reducing system flow resistance,or optimizing energy consumption patterns by efficiently utilizing natural energy and effectively supplementing artificial energy.Third,a pathway of"three-stage progressive enhanced gas recovery"is proposed,which is to increase producible reserves to lay a foundation in Stage 1,reduce abandonment pressure to improve the efficiency in Stage 2,and supplement energy to expand the recovery boundary in Stage 3.In addition,the main technologies corresponding to different pathways are introduced.Fourth,the exploratory practices of enhanced recovery in different types of gas reservoirs globally are summarized,and the typical cases are analyzed in detail.Fifth,China possesses significant potential for enhanced gas recovery,and the future efforts should focus on five key directions,i.e.,deep gas reservoir characterization,water-sealed gas unsealing,whole-process collaborative optimization,CO_(2)-EGR experiments,and reservoir stimulation and percolation improvement.In conclusion,the research results further solidify the theoretical foundation,implementation pathways,technical methods,and field practices for enhanced gas recovery,and can provide robust theoretical support for enhancing the recovery of developed gas reservoirs,powerfully advancing the development of EGR technologies,and ensuring national energy security.
