摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德及特布他林联合氨茶碱治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法:选取广东省湛江农垦第二医院2024年1—12月收治的老年COPD患者100例,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组使用布地奈德联合特布他林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氨茶碱治疗。对比两组肺功能及运动耐量指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量及6分钟步行距离高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.029);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德及特布他林联合氨茶碱治疗老年COPD的临床效果较好,可改善患者肺功能及运动耐量,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of budesonide and terbutaline combined with aminophylline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in elderly.Methods:One hundred elderly patients with COPD admitted to the Second Hospital of Zhanjiang Agricultural Reclamation from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with budesonide and terbutaline.The observation group was treated with aminophylline on the basis of control group.The pulmonary function and exercise tolerance indicators,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced vital capacity and 6-min walk distance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.029).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide and terbutaline combined with aminophylline achieves good clinical effect in the treatment of COPD in the elderly,and can improve pulmonary function and exercise tolerance of patients,with good safety.
